Products up to 30 kg are typically shipped by mail within 24 hours of ordering (on business days). Therefore, in Austria, the goods usually arrive within 2-3 days of ordering. In Germany, you will typically receive your goods within 3-5 days. Products over 30 kg are shipped either by DHL or by freight forwarder. With freight forwarding, the goods may take 1-4 days longer to reach you.
