Our shipping conditions at a glance

Shipping process:

Upon receipt of payment, we will ship your ordered products within a few business days, depending on the order size, via postal service (up to 31.5 kg) or freight forwarding. For logistical reasons, it may happen that an order is split into multiple packages.

If delivery is by freight forwarding, the delivery will be made to the curb of the delivery address accessible by truck. Please be sure to provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day when placing your order, so that the freight forwarder can provide advance notification of the delivery by phone.

Should we ship to a country other than Austria and Germany, please contact us and we will provide you with a custom offer.

We take great care in packaging the products ordered to ensure they are delivered undamaged. This may involve packaging materials such as pallets, cardboard, or plastic wrap. Please note that delivery via freight forwarding does not include the return of packaging materials. 

Shipping duration:

Upon successful payment, the order will be shipped within one to two business days. Parcel shipping typically takes two to four business days, and pallet shipping takes four to six business days.

Is a package damaged?

We pack all goods with great care. Should it still happen that a package arrives damaged, we need your cooperation: Please inform the delivery person of the damage immediately if possible, and it's best to document the damage you find both in writing and with the help of photos. Please send us this information, including your order number, via email so we can quickly send you a replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected by this request.

Delivery Control

Please check the integrity and completeness of the delivered goods as directly as possible upon delivery. This helps us to meet deadlines, quickly get to the bottom of any irregularities, and find a solution in a timely manner.

Did you not receive all of your packages upon delivery?

In complex logistics, individual packages may take different amounts of time to arrive, even if they were all handed over to the postal service together. With online tracking, you have the ability to view the current status of all your orders. We ask for your understanding regarding these system-related differences in delivery time. If a package does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.

Excluded Delivery Addresses

We do not ship to post office boxes or Packstations.

Is your merchandise incomplete, or did you receive the wrong merchandise?

Where people work, mistakes can happen. That includes us. If you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll promptly arrange for pick-up and exchange.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated as shown below. For items ordered weighing over 31.5 kg, the costs listed below will be added per item. The maximum shipping cost (pallet shipping) for shipping to Austria is €120.00 including VAT, and to Germany is €170.00 including VAT.
