For logistical reasons, it may happen that an order is split into multiple packages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If delivery is by freight forwarding, the delivery will be made to the curb of the delivery address accessible by truck. Please be sure to provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day when placing your order, so that the freight forwarder can provide advance notification of the delivery by phone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should we ship to a country other than Austria and Germany, please contact us and we will provide you with a custom offer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We take great care in packaging the products ordered to ensure they are delivered undamaged. This may involve packaging materials such as pallets, cardboard, or plastic wrap. Please note that delivery via freight forwarding does not include the return of packaging materials.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Shipping duration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; margin-top: 10px !important;\">Upon successful payment, the order will be shipped within one to two business days. Should it still happen that a package arrives damaged, we need your cooperation: Please inform the delivery person of the damage immediately if possible, and it's best to document the damage you find both in writing and with the help of photos. Please send us this information, including your order number, via email so we can quickly send you a replacement.
